MERDEKA! MERDEKA! MERDEKA!
It's 31st of August, National Day! :D
HOORAY! (yay holidays!) Happy 55 years of independence! :)

Went to KLCC last night to watch PCCO's 飞越乡音 at MPO. Feipo, haopo, shinyi and a lot of people I know were performing! So proud of them #tears
The pieces were nice, but I especially liked the first part (before the interval) which was very interesting because it showcases a lot of our chinese culture~
Started off with a dance(one of the male dancers look like Vaness Wu! XD), cantonese opera -- "穆桂英比武招亲" which was hilarious and geli at the same time (can you believe a female warrior proposing to a general after winning him in a fight! plus flirt until behtahan! eeks hahaha) and 刘三姐 (neh the folksong: heyyy~~~ 鸭子水面打筋斗耶！hey ya ya yo!)
The second part was nice but a bit dull, with all those very nice but long pieces. But overall the whole show was nice, good job! :D

Before that, we had dinner at ben's WHICH WAS AWESOME!
The food was quite expensive, but the ambience and the food was great!
Even the plain water we ordered was infused with lemon and it was so refreshing! :DD

| What's a dinner without dessert? :D Lemon meringue pie with homemard lemon curd. Surprisingly big, the sweet and sour combined together is heaven! . |

Oh and yesterday there was a National Day performance at school! :D
THE LION DANCE WAS AWESOME!
keep jumping from pole to pole and occasionally teasing us by using just one leg to land, so ganjiong you know! Although the lion's ass(haha) and tail didn't move as much, I've heard that during rehearsal they were better than the actual performance, like woahhh the actual one also so geng ady rehearsal mah O.O
They've really improved a lot, jia you! :D
24 season drums, drama and of course WUSHU were great as usual :D
