Suddenly realised I'm a very girly-girl
who doesn't look the part, but secretly loves
all things cute, pink and fluffy.
Chocolate, friends and dramas are all
#1 on my list.
Enjoy!

MPO TODAY! :D

Today's theme was 'Superman vs. Frankenstein'.
Awesome! If you see closely, the hall is decorated with cobwebs and halloween-y stuff.
(ohai ghost floating beside the organ!)
Even the usherers are dressed in vampire and cleopatra costumes!
Kick-started with a scary 'YOU'VE BEEN WARNED MUAHAHA' speech, then wham!
*cue Phantom of the Opera from the organ AND red creepy lights!
The effect was really good!

After that, it was John William's 'Superman suite' with the conductor wearing a red cape and Michael Daugherty's 'Red Cape Tango', which my mom loveeeed a lot.

Interval:
Had some snacks (3 for RM7! not that expensive wat!),
Tiramisu, eclair and mushroom tart and coffee!

After the interval, the programme was changed (aw no more Frankie!) due to certain reasons,
so stand-up comedian Harith Iskandar humoured us for almost 20 minutes.
I really admire people who have the flair to talk and joke by himself for a long time.
He was real funny, and my mom loved it.
(although most of them only Malaysians understand, he joked about our tendency to be late(but surprisingly early for MPO), how Malaysians are not afraid of ghosts and our love for filling in forms(so true).

The show ended with another Superman piece and an excerpt from Harry Potter (love!) :D
Overall it wasn't scary la, but it was fun to see everyone dressed in costumes and listen to good music :)
.
.

Splurged on a pair of shoes today, rubber shoes from 'Jelly Bunny'
Actually not that expensive, only RM29 and they're pretty and comfy!
(..except it's rubber, and my feet will most probably sweat and stink in it.)
but the great thing is, they can be easily cleaned!
plus the name and the carrier bag are just so adorableee :D

.
.
.
Had dessert at 'Tong Pak Fu', ha! A smart pun on the old show.
The interior was very nice although it was packed with people.
Bright purple and green and white for tables! What could possibly go wrong? XD
Mom had Walnut cream, while I had Guava shaved ice.
It's quite nice actually, the ice tastes like real guava (with guava's weird texture) and comes with aloe vera, jelly and those burst-in-your-mouth jello balls!

.
.
Am gonna start RuoLing's 101 photo challenge, I'm doing the circle one! Sounds pretty fun :D
.
And I recently got my mom to watch Music Bank with me, and she kinda likes it.
She lovesss Ailee's new song, "I'll Show You", so YAY!
(and I love G.O in the mv! MBLAQ, when you wanna comeback? T^T)
She claims BAP is too noisy for her, but I don't care.

Recently BAP had their first 'BABY'(fanclub name lol) inauguration day at a uni in Seoul.
WHY KOREA FANS SO LUCKY! T^T
It's a 2-hour long showcase, and apparently it was AWESOME!
and their official lightstick looks so pretty :

...which reminds me of the essay I wrote for English exam, 'An Exciting Event Held in Your School.'
Being the eternal fangirl, OF COURSE I WROTE ABOUT B.A.P!
(albeit with some fantasies and false statements XD)
I said B.A.P were the ambassadors for a korean-made computer dictionary that came to our school to promote, in the form of a small fan-meeting. And they speak English fluently and I gave them a gift. (all made up lol)
I KNOW. My love for Kpop has reached new heights.
I hope teacher won't hate it though, argh should have totally wrote Bieber or TVXQ coz they're more mainstream :(

but anyways!
I now conclude this kinda long post with a blur picture of my ootd!

Goodnite!
x Yuenny
